Every number on this page comes from our HVAC marketing work, where the goal was winning customers, not hiring staff. We publish them because they are real and verifiable, and because the methods behind them are the same ones we use to bring candidates to Toronto trades employers. We won't dress them up as recruiting results.

HeatLand: content that answers questions at scale
HeatLand reached a 300% lead increase in 6 months, supported by 850+ SEO articles.
What it shows: consistently answering the questions real people type into search brings them to you, even in crowded markets.
What transfers to hiring: people thinking about a trade search too. "How do I become an apprentice electrician in Ontario", "what does an HVAC helper do", "is plumbing a good career". A company that answers those questions honestly on its careers section is the one candidates find first. That is the core of our apprentice pipeline service.
Roma Heating & Cooling: organic growth over a year
Roma Heating & Cooling saw 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months.
What it shows: steady work on a company's own website compounds. Traffic that comes from search doesn't stop when the ad budget does.
What transfers to hiring: a careers section is an asset in the same way. Role pages, a training page and real crew photos keep drawing candidates long after a job-board posting expires. See the careers site service.
BoilerPart.ca: many useful pages, built systematically
On BoilerPart.ca, a system of 2,000+ programmatic pages went hand in hand with 180% growth in organic traffic.
What it shows: a structured, repeatable system for publishing pages can cover a wide range of specific searches.
What transfers to hiring: structure, not volume. A trades employer doesn't need thousands of pages. But the same discipline, one clear page per role with consistent sections for the day, the tools, the training and the next step, makes every posting easier to write and every candidate's research easier. That structure underpins our job ads service.
BCWide.ca: fast gains from a focused campaign
BCWide.ca tripled its leads in 90 days.
What it shows: a tightly focused campaign, measured weekly, can move numbers quickly.
What transfers to hiring: recruiting campaigns benefit from the same short feedback loop. We pause weak ads early and move spend toward the ones producing phone screens. The recruiting campaigns page explains how we count a real applicant.
What doesn't transfer
Some things are different in hiring, and we say so plainly:
- Volume isn't the goal. A customer campaign wants many leads. A recruiting campaign for one licensed technician might succeed with five good applicants.
- The offer matters more. A customer compares price and trust. A candidate compares pay, schedule, vehicle, training and who they'll work beside. Marketing can present your offer well; it can't fix an offer that isn't competitive.
- Rules apply. Ontario now sets requirements for publicly advertised postings at employers with 25 or more staff. Our posting rules guide summarises them with links to the official source.
How we'll report your recruiting results
Because we don't yet publish recruiting case studies, the fairest thing we can offer is transparent reporting on your own account. Each month you'll see, per role and per channel:
- ad and job-board spend
- views of each posting and role page
- applications received
- phone screens your office completed
- interviews held
From those we work out cost per phone screen and cost per interview, so you can compare channels and decide where to spend next month. Hires are your decision and depend on your offer, so we record them when you tell us, but we don't claim them as our result.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have recruiting case studies?
Not published ones yet. We would rather show you real HVAC marketing results, labelled honestly, than invent hiring numbers. When recruiting results can be published with a client's approval, they will appear here.
Why are HVAC customer results relevant to hiring?
Both depend on the same mechanics: being found in search, having pages that answer real questions, and following up quickly. The audience differs, but the discipline of measuring each step is the same.
Can you promise similar results for our recruiting?
No. Results depend on your offer, your market, your reply speed and many things we don't control. We promise clear work, honest reporting and month-to-month terms.
